CQ Bio Energy Sdn Bhd is a 100% Bumiputera company established in 2015, primarily as an innovative player in the fields of Fuel and Engine Lubricants Additives. Its head office and manufacturing facilities are sited in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan.

CQ Bio Energy Sdn Bhd was founded by Mr. Mohd Haniff Ibrahim, en ex-banker turned entrepreneur. He is also currently the CEO of the company. Together with Mr. Marshidi Mansor, a renowned Bio Technology Researcher in Malaysia, their combined entrepreneurial and technical experiences are the driving force of the company’s growth and success.

In 2016, CQ Bio Energy Sdn Bhd acquired the full right to the fuel additive formula. In the same year, CQ Bio Energy Sdn Bhd began research and development work on the fuel additive, further enhancing it and converting it from a liquid form to a tablet form. A rebranding excercise was also conducted, thus the brand “FuelPlus” was created.

In expanding FuelPlus both locally and internationally, a specially dedicated sales & marketing team was established in March 2017 bearing the name of CQ Bio Energy Sales and Marketing LLP. This entity is responsible for the advertising and promotion campaign that will be launching soon as well as developing FuelPlus resellers (agents and dealers) network.

Also, in the pipeline are plans to introduce other types of lubricant additives for engines and gear oil under the FuelPlus brand.
